PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Developmental Support Worker (DSW) Program provides a solid foundation in the field of developmental services. The curriculum combines theory and practical learning to help you understand the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities and how to provide person-centered, respectful and inclusive support using current best practices, relevant legislation and community resources.
