PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NCI) course equips staff with essential skills to safely and effectively manage crisis situations. Designed for professionals in healthcare, education, and social services, this training provides participants with the tools to de-escalate challenging behaviors and promote a safe environment for both employees and clients.
The primary objective of this course is to enhance workplace safety, reduce risk, and support respectful, non-violent interventions.
This program does not require approval under the Ontario Career Colleges Act, 2005.
