KEY PERFORMANCE
INDICATORS (KPI)
UMS Healthcare College uses graduate satisfaction surveys and Ministry data to track our Key Performance Indicators (KPI). These results help us measure our success and support our commitment to continuous improvement and positive student outcomes.

WHY KPIs MATTER
Assessing Achievements Post-Completion
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are used to assess how well our graduates are doing after they complete their programs. The information is collected through graduate and employer surveys, as well as data provided by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities.
These indicators help us understand our strengths, identify areas for growth, and ensure we continue to provide high-quality education that leads to meaningful career opportunities in healthcare.
THE KPI PROCESS
